Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept most credit and debit cards.For every £15 you spend with us (excluding sale goods, magazine subscriptions, blocks of the month and workshop fees), your receipt will be stamped with our Logo. Collect ten Logos, send them to us (or come to the shop) and receive a FREE metre of fabric. Our mail order customers should send their stamps with their next order and deduct the value of one metre of fabric (£8.95). |
Shipping And Handling
We have a sliding scale of postage charges depending on the value of your order: Under £10 - £0.95; £10 to £24.99 - £2.50; £25 to £39.99 - £3.505; £40 to £59.99 - £4.50; £60 to £79.99 - £5.50; over £80 - £6.50All parcels to EEC Countries and other destinations will be charged at cost. Your order confirmation will show shipping as £6.95 but we reserve the right to charge the actual cost of shipping which might be lower but might also be higher. |
Delivery Schedule
We process all orders as quickly as possible and it should reach you within a week. However, if one of our Newsletters has just been sent out, please be patient as sometimes we find we are working up to a week behind due to the response. If we are out of stock of any item, please allow 28 days for delivery. |

Please be assured that this is a secure web site and no credit card details are held in clear text at any time on any web site. The 'Credit Card Verification Value' is the 3-digit security code that is on the back of your debit or credit card. |

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you order arrives in poor condition or doesn't arrive at all - it's not your problem. We'll take care of it. If you are not happy with any item, for any reason, please return it to us for a prompt refund or exchange. No delay - no problem. |

Returns Policy
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we offer you the right to cancel your purchase without specifying a reason, as long as it is within the cancellation period. The cancellation period expires 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive your goods. Should you wish to exercise this right simply notify us and we shall refund your money within 30 days of receiving notification. Please return all unwanted goods to our mail order address. |
