Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, go to checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept most credit and debit cards.

We run a Quilt Room loyalty scheme. So for every £15 you spend (excluding sale items, bom, workshops and longarm quilting) you will receive a stamp. Collect 10 stamps to receive £10 off your next order!

By placing an order you accept to join our email newsleters. You can opt out by either emailing us at sales@quiltroom.co.uk or select 'unsubscribe' when you receive your first e-newsleter.

Shipping And Handling

FREE postage for all orders within UK when you spend over £50

Up to £15 -£1.95 2nd class £2.95 1st class

Up to £25 - £2.95 2nd class £3.95 1st class

Up to £35 - £3.95 2nd class £4.95 1st class

Up to £50 - £4.95 2nd class £5.95 1st class

All parcels to EEC Countries and other destinations will be charged at cost. Your order confirmation will show shipping as £7.95 but we reserve the right to charge the actual cost of shipping which might be lower but might also be higher.

Delivery Schedule

We process all orders as quickly as possible and it should reach you within a week. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and let you know.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and let you know.

Credit Card Security

Please be assured that this is a secure web site and no credit card details are held in clear text at any time on any web site. The 'Credit Card Verification Value' is the 3-digit security code that is on the back of your debit or credit card.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you order arrives in poor condition or doesn't arrive at all - it's not your problem. We'll take care of it. If you are not happy with any item, for any reason, please return it to us in it's original packaging for a prompt refund or exchange. No delay - no problem.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return or exchange goods then please return to our mail order address: 37a High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1AR.

Please note that only goods returned in orginal packaging will be entitled to a full refund.

The Quilt Room are patchwork and quilting specialists trading for over 30 years. Our retail store is based in Dorking where we provide quilting products, accessories and offer Longarm Quilting services. We are also the authors behind the Jelly Roll series.
